Internal Tooling Veiligheidsregio Groningen

Who has worked with OBI4WAN (an online business intelligence software package) knows of its power. However, it is difficult to master if you want to use all it offers.

The internal tooling I created for the Veiligheidsregio Groningen fixes several issues with OBI4WAN. It creates search queries.

Another effect of this was that our crisis response is now much quicker. The tooling ensured that it is possible to deliver a social media analysis in as little as 15 minutes rather than the hour+ it used to take. This meant that our spokespeople could respond much quicker to new facts.
