Covid Data collection Portal

This data portal was a project that needed to be set up within the same day. With only a few hours on the clock, we needed to build a portal with forms that collected data from several municipalities on COVID-related subjects. This to facilitate the exchange of data between municipalities and the disaster management department of Groningen.

We made it in about 5-6 hours, everything included with a 50 dollar budget. There was no time for design, so it was basic through and through. It is based on a standard WordPress install with a basic theme. On the back-end, the forms filled a database which was then read out to distribute the data to the agencies involved.

The portal was taken offline after it had fulfilled its use about 3 months after it was built.
